The 3 “C’s” necessary for Starting a Training Program

1st is COURAGE, to step out of your comfort zone and get out there and get healthy!
2nd is COMMITMENT, nobody is going to perform the exercises for you, the next step will being making it a habit and sticking to the program every week
3rd is CONFIDENCE, the most important of the C’s , once you obtain this trait there will be nothing that can stop you from reaching your goals and leading a healthier life!
