As a child and teenager, I struggled with being overweight. I began exercising and felt the joy and pride that comes with getting in shape. I wanted to become a personal trainer because I fell in love with exercise, and wanted to help others attain that same joy and pride.
Being a personal trainer and fitness instructor has helped me to improve the quality of everyday life for many clients. Whether you want to work on your health, sport-specific training, or ramp up your exercise routine, I will be here to motivate, encourage, and help you to gain a new outlook on fitness.
